Every project moves through a defined sequence: on-site measurements, preliminary design, formal shop drawings, client approval, material procurement, CNC production, in-house finishing, and final staging. Each phase has its own timeline, and skipping steps leads to costly rework.
Where the Time Goes
Designers are often surprised to learn that production is only one part of the timeline. Here’s where lead time is actually consumed:
