Wainscot Solutions, Inc. is committed to your satisfaction. ALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE CUSTOMIZED OR MADE-TO-ORDER AND CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED OR CANCELED ONCE IN PRODUCTION. FURTHERMORE, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOMIZED OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS.

The purchaser shall be responsible for all measurements, planning, decisions and results pertaining to interior design, installation and setup. We encourage you to review your order carefully to ensure that it meets your specifications. Custom items include, but are not limited to: non-standard sizes, custom sized products, stained or painted products. The purchaser shall review their invoice thoroughly and notify Wainscot Solutions, Inc. of any errors or omittance within 24hrs; failure to notify Wainscot Solutions, Inc. of said error or omittance in writing WITHIN 24HRS IS CONSIDERED A TACIT CONSENT TO THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THE INVOICE.

The following are not considered valid reasons for a return:

i) Natural anomalies inherent in the wood, including, but not limited to grain pattern, color, environmental factors, species, cut and the selection of wood.

ii) Color variances in dye lots. Colors may vary between styles of products.

iii) All defects due to mishandling and improper storage, installation or finishing.

Pricing does not include hardware, lighting, tools, accessories, finishing supplies or installation kits, unless specifically noted on the invoice.

Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition upon leaving our facilities. Although our products are packaged securely, in rare cases damages may occur during shipment. Please refer to our Consignee Shipping Policy for instructions on receiving your order and for steps you must complete to file a claim on damaged, lost or missing items.
